Tech Specs

Compressor:

0.8HP commercial-grade cools the water down to 37°F

Filtration:

20 Micron Filter – The  filter ensures that any foreign contaminants are removed prior to entering the unit and the high-flow water pump fully circulates the water every 15 minutes. Keep in mind, the filter needs to replaced about once a month.  The unit also comes with a 4 month maintenance kit (4 filters, a bottle of Oxidizer, and a bottle of Sanitizer).

Smart Features:

The Chiller connects to WiFi and can be controlled by an app on your
smartphone allowing the tub to turn
on and off at preprogrammed times.

Power Requirements:

The Chiller requires a standard US 120v/60hz power supply on a 15 amp circuit. It is recommended that this circuit be dedicated for The Tub as it may trip the circuit breaker if shared with other large appliances such as a refrigerator.

Size:

30 inch deep design allows for a more full-body
immersive experience.

(Ideal for anyone up to 6’2)

The Setup

Less than 20 minutes.

The Negatives

While the Inergize Cold Plunge Tub brings a host of attractive features, there are some aspects that might give prospective buyers pause. First, the considerable price point stands as a potential barrier for some, particularly for those who are new to cold plunge therapy and unsure about making such a sizable investment. Second, while the tub’s inflatable design offers portability, it is inherently prone to punctures or rips, which could lead to potential inconvenience or additional costs over time. Lastly, although the tub is marketed as portable, it’s best to position it in a sheltered location. Constant exposure to harsh weather conditions could potentially affect its longevity, thereby somewhat limiting its ‘on-the-go’ appeal.

Final Thoughts

You certainly can’t go wrong with the Inergize Tub.  The founder, Ciaran Flanagan stands by it, offering an awesome 1-year warranty and even allowing you to book a personal call with him on his website, where he will walk you through everything.

At the very least, we recommend scheduling a call with him!
